Once there was a girl and she did not celebrate Christmas. She saw the grinch when she was a baby but she wasn’t scared. The grinch was big and fuzzy so she didn’t know she should be scared. She was a pretty princess that lived all by herself most of her life and she did not know that Christmas was a holiday. She never noticed that all of her family had plans that day on  December 25th. Her mom was a Queen and  when the princess was about 5 the queen locked her in her room  and only fed her one meal a day and the princess would save one meal. When the princess was 10 she got two meals a day she saved one and would eat the next meal. When she turned 15 she could go into the kitchen that means she could eat three meals a day. But that did not mean that she could eat all she wanted. She could only live in 2 rooms. Whenever she saw her mom she would say “why am I locked in the kitchen and my bedroom” and she never said anything to her. She always gave her looks that she did not like. When the princess was about 20 the queen said “move out right now” because she was old enough to be on her own. The princess said “your finally talking to me”. The queens name was Simone and the princess’s name was Kate. The princess did not know her own name so she called herself “she” and “her” but really her name was Kate and now she can call herself “Kate”. By this time Kate had become ready to move. When she found out that she had been lied to, she was so upset. Kate finds out that she has been locked in her room because she saw the Grinch when she was young and the Grinch can give you bad spirits if you look at him. The kingdom is known for celebrating Christmas. Kate found out that Christmas is amazing and that everyone should celebrate it. Kate never noticed that she had never celebrated a holiday but now she can. And Kate never said anything to her mother again.
